for our students， marks is above everything. teachers will judge us from ourmarks. with marks we can be enrolled into junior middle schools. with marks， wecan be enrolled into senior middle schools. with marks we can be enrolled intocollege. with marks we can be enrolled into postgraduate and doctrine studies.still with marks we can be graded and be allowed to go abroad for furtherstudies. our parents will be strict with us with the marks. our society judge usfrom marks. however， sometimes we students compare one another with marksdirectly. we are completely controlled by marks. we like them and we feel sorryfor them. but what attitude towards our marks should we take?

truly， marks functions cannot be underestimated. in terms of test in ourstudy， marks are fair and real. that is the reason why we say "everyone is equalbefore marks. "

however， i think marks are the sole standard to judge the success or failureof students in exams. sometimes， marks more than ten or less than one or two inour exams comparing with others mean not everything. the success or failure inexams will be influenced by experience on the spot and the examinee’s healthetc. once in a while one cannot fail in exams. " success or failure is commonsense for military. " i think everyone is familiar with the famous saying. don’tyou think such will be the case with our study? in exams， one cannot be "never-defeated general" . even though one will be very good in everyday study，he cannot succeed in every exam sometimes. we can get proof from the fact thatthe very best one we call "number one scholar" in the entrance exams for collegeand ordinary middle school and specialized secondary school over the years isnot eminent above all others nor top student in every study.

as a matter of fact， "high marks" and "ability" are not unified. some timeago， a new phrase " high marks but poor competence" came into being. once ihappened to meet such a teacher as this .it is said that the teacher justgraduated from a far-famed key university. but his teaching result is much lessthan that of the one who just graduated from a not-well-renowned college. whenlecturing， the teacher only repeated what the text-books says， which was verydull so the his students’ interest in learning was not aroused. his teaching wasshort of unity of teaching and learning. at present there is a fact that we knowa few brilliant and top college graduates are not qualified for their posts. thereason for it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge learnt from bookswith pragmatics in their work. students of this kind will be successful in everyexam but they will be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts. don’tyou think it waste training such persons for the country?

to sum up from the above， i can say marks are not absolutely authoritativefor some. if we neglect training and developing the students’ ability andcompetence and if we only seek for the high marks， we will be absolutely wrong.we should take an objective attitude towards the marks. neither should weneglect them nor should we overvalue them like a god.

小时候，我最敬佩、最崇拜的人是老师。在我眼中，老师是知识的使者，爱的化身。记得那是上小学时的一次课间，我的手指不小心被门缝夹伤了，当时疼得我眼泪直淌。班主任李老师看见了急忙找来酒精为我消毒，小心地给我包上纱布，轻轻地摸着我的头说：还疼吗?下次小心。望着老师那心疼的眼神，一种幸福感涌上我的心头。那时，我就在想，将来，我也要做一个好老师，去关爱每一个孩子。就这样我怀着儿时美好的愿望走上了幼儿教师的岗位。

身为一名幼儿教师，我经常问自己这样一个问题：做一名优秀的幼儿教师，最重要的是什么?是优美的语言，广博的知识，还是丰富的教学经验?在实践过程中我才发现：作为一名优秀的幼儿教师，不仅要有优美的语言、广博的知识、丰富的教学经验，最重要的是要有爱心。爱心是熊熊的火焰，点燃起孩子美好的梦想;爱心是指路的明灯，照亮着孩子光辉的前程!

高尔基说得好谁爱孩子，孩子就爱他，只有爱孩子的人，他才能教育孩子。是呀，幼儿教育事业是心灵与心灵交流的事业。孩子们的心是最真、最纯的，一句关切的话语、一个饱含爱心的微笑、甚至是充满爱意的责备，都将使孩子向你敞开内心的世界。记得走上幼儿教育岗位的第一天，我微笑着站在教室门口，期待着孩子们的到来，想象着他们欢蹦乱跳地围绕在我身边的情景。然而，我等来的却是一群哭哭啼啼的孩子。他们，有的抱着自己的洋娃娃坐在一旁独自垂泪;有的又哭又闹、又抓又跳，甚至对我又打又踢，弄得我手足无措。但我没有生气、没有退缩，只是想尽一切办法哄着他们，亲切的抱一抱哭泣的孩子，亲亲他们的脸蛋，摸摸他们的脑袋，给他们唱歌、讲故事。直到他们挂满泪花的小脸蛋露出开心的笑容。

岁月匆匆，转眼，我在幼教岗位上已经工作了17个年头。十七年来，数不清多少次，被不肯离开父母的孩子拳打脚踢;数不清多少次，被哭泣的孩子吐脏了衣服;数不清多少次，为孩子擦屎洗尿换上干净的衣裤;数不清多少次为熟睡的孩子拭去额角的汗水。日复一日，年复一年，岁月在这些繁琐的小事中悄悄地溜走。一路走来，留下了多少酸甜苦辣的故事，而让我最欣慰的是——我用爱心铺就的道路越来越长，我用爱心哺育长大的孩子越来越多。

有位教育家说过：疼爱自己的孩子是本能，而热爱别人的孩子是神圣我深深地爱着班内的每一位孩子，也拥有着班里每一位孩子深深的爱，因为有爱，所以幸福。记得有一次，我们班的涛涛妈妈，送孩子的时候给我带来了一盒小膏药，我当时愣住了，他的妈妈接着对我说：张老师，我们家涛涛告诉我，昨天你的手臂被蚊子叮了好几个包，非要逼我去买这份盒小药膏给你，他说他被蚊子叮了之后奶奶给他涂上这小药膏很快就好了，张老师涂上也一定会很快好的!那一刻，我的心一下子被惊讶和喜悦充盈，感动的泪，霎时漫过眼眶。爱就是如此简单，简单得用一两元钱的小膏药来表示，却又那么沉重珍贵，珍贵的让我心甘情愿的付出一生的时光去做好一名普通的幼儿教师。

世上有很多东西，给予他人时，往往是越分越少，而有一样东西是越分越多。你也许会问：那是什么呢?我将毫不迟疑地回答：那就是爱!幼儿教育是爱的教育，幼儿教师的职业是奉献的职业。我们幼儿教师用自己的爱诠释着对师德师风的理解。

我们中华民族素有礼仪之邦之称，而礼仪之首便是尊敬父母孝顺父母。人之初，性本善相信大家都读过《三字经》，里面有一则孝敬父母的感人故事：汉代有个叫黄香的孩子，他九岁丧母，与父亲相依为命。寒冬腊月，他为父母热暖被窝再挑灯夜读;炎炎夏日，父亲在外纳凉，他就在父亲的身旁摇着扇子驱赶蚊虫。他对父亲说：父亲养育之恩孩儿应当终身相报。长大后黄香当了官，遇上灾年，他拿出自己的俸禄救济灾民。同学们!黄香如果没有对父亲的挚爱，又怎么会有对黎民百姓的爱呢?!-

曾听过一个苦孩子求学的故事：家境十分贫寒的他，父亲早逝，弟妹嗷嗷待哺，可他大学毕业后还坚持要读研究生，逼着母亲要钱，母亲只得去卖血……这个故事让我的心情很沉重，我认为这是一个自私的孩子，他的成长，需要母亲的鲜血去浇灌!还有一件发生在我们身边的事：一位同学在家一直娇生惯养，一次，妈妈因生病耽误了做饭，他竟然大发雷霆。妈妈躺在病床上泪水涟涟，伤心不已。同学们，这位妈妈当时是多么痛心啊!自己对孩子的拳拳爱心换来了什么呢?大家请想一想：一个母亲都无法挚爱的人，还能指望他爱谁呢?如果世界上人人都这样丧失了爱心的话，老人将流落街头，孩子将被遗弃荒野……那将是一副副多么可怕的场景啊!-

人们常说：百善孝为先。乌鸦尚懂得反哺，羔羊懂得跪乳，我们做人更应该感谢父母!父母之爱，深如大海。正是有了父母一天天的养育，我们才沐浴在爱的阳光下，才使我们能在这五彩缤纷的世界里体味人生，享受人生。儿女有了快乐，最快乐的就是父母;儿女有了烦恼，最牵挂的也是父母。所以我们没有理由不去爱他们!从古至今，孝敬父母都是一个人必须遵守的道德底线。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen,

by the time we are born onto this land, our own chinese story begins. only when we put our stories together, can we discover something new.

my mom was among the first generation in china to pick up a dual major, trade together with english. her mom, my grandma, was a professor at the same college. and now, i am following my familysquo;s footsteps, at the same university. i want to accomplish a dream that has been passed on for three generations.

when grandma entered college, she was in the age of prime, but education wasnsquo;t. it was an age when china had a literacy of merely over 50 percent; it was an age when one out of eight got enrolled by a university or college; it was an age when even the top-class universities in china were not recognized by the world. it was with the aspiration of changing education for the better that my grandma became a teacher, in pursuit of teaching students at home and learning more about the abroad.

when my mother crossed the threshold of higher education into college, she was experiencing the tides of the reform and opening-up. it was an age when china was ready to embrace the world. with the demand for english talents staying high, she brought her talents to the field of international trade, with the hope of broadening her horizon and telling her international clients a chinese story.

30 years later, it is already a new era when i step into the classroom where my mom and my grandma studied. the ambience in the renovated classroom is urging me to embark on a new journey; yet on the bookshelf, the books passed on since my grandmasquo;s age is reminding me of a dream that has never changed: becoming a language scholar with a global vision, and be a good narrator of the chinese story.

i took out my grandmasquo;s notebook, which was already old and gray, trying to learn something new from the past. on the frontpage, wrote one of the earliest chinese stories, taken from the great learning: if you can do something new, then let it happen every day. with perseverance, every day becomes a new day.

it was the moment when i realized that there has been something unchanged in the new era: that is always equipping ourselves with the new ideas and keep in pace with the time which never waits. only by bearing this virtue in our minds that has inherited by the chinese people for 5,000 years, can we gain both the confidence and the competence in telling a good chinese story to all.

tell the chinese story to the chinese people, for a new china with cultural confidence; tell the chinese story to every global citizen, and together we build a community of prosperity, peace, and a shared future. the story of my mom, my grandma and myself will always remind me of the mission of a language learner.

isquo;m now crossing the threshold into a new era, and now i fell i am ready to tell a new chinese story to new audience. thank you very much!

责任心，既是企业的根，也是企业的“防火墙”。责任心直接关系着企业规章制度的落实和执行，直接影响到安全生产的成败和企业的生存发展，是企业永远夯实的强基固本工程。对于职工来说，责任心的培养和形成至关重要，只有做到一丝不苟地严格落实规章制度，从细微之处着手，从一点一滴做起，把手中的活做精、做细、做实，方能在平凡的工作岗位上，发现细小的隐患和“瑕疵”，确保“安全第一”的观念在脑海里牢牢扎根。

然而，在日常工作，某些职工对待责任心却是如此：做事不认真、不负责任、对自己要求不够严格，总是用“差不多”来支配自己的行为，在这种心态支配下，责任心从弱化到缺失，从而导致了有章不循、作风淡化，安全隐患屡禁不止的现象发生。

新的安全形势，新的市场环境，需要我们每一名职工时时刻刻绷紧责任这根弦，时时刻刻我要安全，只有时刻牢记“责任心”三个字，才能使企业永葆发展的生机与活力。
