whether 6 of 16，there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders，the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty，hope，cheer，courage and power from men and from the infinite，so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down，and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism，then you are grown old，even at 2，but as long as your aerials are up，to catch waves of optimism，there is hope you may die young at 8.

去年十二月，我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。

有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的`小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。
